About this Position
The purpose of this role is to drive technical sales and value‑based solutions for customers in the process industry, ensuring sustainable business growth through a deep understanding of industrial applications and customer needs. The role focuses on executing sales strategies, developing and managing distributors, and delivering techno‑commercial value propositions that differentiate the company in the market. It involves target setting, opportunity management, and conducting technical seminars, product qualifications, and approvals to influence end‑user decisions.

What you´ll do
- Execute short-, mid-, and long-term local sales plans aligned with SBU strategy to retain existing customers and acquire new accounts.
- Manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) business operations with 100% distribution-based sales model.
- Lead channel management activities and oversee tender management processes to maximize business opportunities.
- Execute customer roadmaps and manage growth opportunities through CRM (ACE), ensuring timely closure and accurate pipeline tracking.
- Drive product qualification, customer approvals, and specification-in activities to expand product adoption.
- Coordinate with Technical Support teams to conduct line trials and resolve customer technical requests and complaints efficiently.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Techno-commercial sales with strong customer engagement and solution-selling capability.
- Distribution management and channel partner development.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for customer meetings and internal reviews.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning expertise.
