What you´ll do

  • This position is the area HPS expert who will drive implementation of local and global best practices across all lines in the area and for safety, quality, productivity (OEE, MTBF, UPDT), people capability and costs for the cell. Cell HPS manager designs, implements and maintains systems to collect and analyze data for the cell to prioritize the tasks focusing on continuous improvement. This position is a key leader on the cell leadership team.
  •  The HPS manager is a key leader on the cell leadership team. 
  • Core responsibility is to identify and drive improvement to reduce inefficiencies, waste and product variation through the application of HPS tools and methodologies. 
  • Owns critical daily management systems. SIM, DH, CILT, CL. Participates in the daily direction-setting process – report results, flag issues and request resources. Keeps the team focused on addressing key issues & priorities 
  • Standardizes equipment and work processes. Reapplies across equipment and lines. Prepare and give trainings associated with standards and processes 
  • Key contributor in technical reviews and assessments for Technical Readiness from Project establishment through launch 
  • Collaborate with cell process engineer/technician and reliability manager to develop standards to improve the effectiveness of daily operations. (operator efficiency, machine reliability, sustainability and waste reduction) 
  • Work hand in hand with operations team (SM and associates) to maximize efficiencies while promoting Henkel HPS strategies. 
  • Interface with global leaders to report out on local production system roadmaps, performance data, and best operating practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3 years minimum experience applying continuous improvement tools and methodologies in an industrial setting.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
