This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Under direction from plant leadership, develop training material, organize schedules and provide logistical support for training and maintain training records.
- Track required training to ensure on time completion and proof of documentation.
- Create both digital and classroom-based training content based on direction from plant leadership.
- Maintain files and documentation defining plant Training policies and procedures.
- Conduct training as required, including new hire orientation.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering and Safety teams to provide input and gain alignment regarding training content, delivery, scheduling, and other logistics as needed.
- Convert observations and opportunities into implemented solutions for measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support existing and drive innovation for new 5S initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- College Degree in Education or Technical Field strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience or technical training/teaching preferred.
- Lean manufacturing training and experience preferred.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, and knowledge of Adobe software suite beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects and deliver results.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Must be able to adjust to changes in workflow, prioritize as needed, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated strong sense of urgency and ownership of process.

The salary for this role is $50,000 - $74,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
