About this Position

The Senior Logistics Planning & Operations Analyst (Performance & Analytics) exists to turn complex supply chain and quality data into clear, trusted insights that leaders and teams can act on. The purpose of this role is to strengthen how performance is measured, understood, and improved—ensuring decisions are grounded in reliable data rather than assumptions. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment at the intersection of Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, acting as both a thought partner and a go-to expert for analytics and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to influence how teams work with data—setting standards, building confidence in reporting, and elevating data literacy across the organization. Success looks like enabling others to self-serve insights, simplifying complex narratives into meaningful performance signals, and continuously improving how analytics supports day-to-day operations and long-term objectives. 

What you´ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI support, resolving user tickets promptly and effectively; Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Analyze Supply Chain and Quality data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies; Deliver actionable insights to support operational efficiency, process improvements, and risk mitigation
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to define KPIs and reporting needs; Translate business requirements into data-driven, measurable analytics solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and best practices for reporting and analytics tools; Conduct training sessions to strengthen Power BI adoption and improve overall data literacy
  • Implement and uphold data governance, compliance, and security standards across reporting activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, improve data accuracy, and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant Data Analytics work experience within Supply Chain and Quality Management
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Workspaces, Power BI App, DAX, Power Pivot, and Power Query is required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data mining and data processing tools (Python, SQL, Databricks) is an advantage; experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong skills in international stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, project management, and organizational skills; experience in Continuous Improvement and Sustainability is highly preferred
  • Amenable to work on a mid‑shift schedule (3:00 PM–12:00 AM PHT or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CET), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
