What you´ll do

Join the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings. We are currently looking for a Pricing and Business Analyst ACM to join our team in Rocky Hill, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for driving pricing and business analytics initiatives, leveraging advanced data analysis and pricing strategies to support business growth and decision-making. This position collaborates cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, optimize pricing and marketing performance, and enable a data-driven, customer-centric culture within the organization.

  • Job responsibilities: 
    • Drive and implement pricing and business analytics strategies to support organizational goals and growth. 
    • Analyze, monitor, and optimize pricing performance related to costs and profitability in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product/category management teams. 
    • Lead and contribute to ongoing pricing and analytics initiatives, including KPI tracking, continuous improvement, and reporting.
    • Develop expertise to serve as an advisor to internal teams on pricing processes and data insights. 
    • Manage and ensure the quality, integration, and consistency of internal and external data sources for business analytics.
    • Coordinate the implementation of the new pricing tool and act as a key contact for internal sales quotation and analytics tools, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and user support.
    • Handle the resolution of pricing deductions, inquiries, and requests in a timely and effective manner. 
    • Maintain dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI) to deliver actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. 
    • Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and privacy standards across all analytics and pricing activities.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, digital data strategy, or analytics within large corporations or consultancies/digital agencies.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Experience with data engineering, data migration, and transforming large datasets. 
  • Proficiency in dashboard creation and maintenance, especially using Microsoft PowerBI. 
  • Understanding of statistics and applications in data model creation. 
  • Ability to drive and monitor pricing performance, including cost analysis and identification of outliers. 
  • Strong business acumen, results-driven, self-motivating, and hands-on approach. 
  • Understanding of B2B marketing automation dynamics, systems, and analytics platforms. 
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges from non-technical individuals and translate them into analytic and data requirements or strategic recommendations. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product/category management. 
  • Project management skills including KPI tracking, continuous improvement, and reporting.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail. 
  • Ability to develop and operationalize processes to support business needs and provide actionable insights.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
