About this Position

  • The Regional Education Manager will provide leadership to the region, organize, oversee education/trends/event related activities and projects and drive synergy between prof brands.

What you´ll do

  • SKP part scope:
    •Collaborates with MKT teams to develop regional initiatives/events to drive the brand growth, develops strategies to attract and retain customers. 
    •Regional shooting on the technical guide part.
    •Develops education programs and promotions to support NPD launches.
    •Schedules and directs regular meetings and events to share information and to increase morale.
    •Product testing.
  • SP part scope:
    •Education strategy planning.
    •Lead the team and conducts team performance evaluations in timely and constructive manner.
  • Other prof brands scope: 
    •New brand integration education integration.
    •Definity education model for new brand.
    •Cascading training to APAC and collaborate with global teams.
  • Synergy part: all prof brands-Synchronize the brands:
    •Uplift the team capabilities in term of event/training/seminars.
    •Collaborate with global teams.
    •Standardization of basic technical knowledge and cascade to all the region.
    •Build regional talent pool.
    •Conducts team performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
    •Identifies opportunities for improvement in the education program offers in the region. 
    •Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What makes you a good fit

  • Technical background plus corporate experience, knowledge on SKP and SP brands preferred.
  • Strong verbal English and written communication skills.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
  • understanding of industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
