- 负责执行半导体实验室相关实验工作，包括材料测试、应用测试、失效分析及可靠性验证。确保实验设备的正常运行与维护，优化实验流程及标准操作规范（SOP），并与现场应用工程师（Field AE）、产品开发（PD）、销售（Sales）及应用运营（AO）团队协作，支持项目推进与技术问题解决。同时，对实验数据进行分析并编制清晰简洁的报告，以支持项目决策。
您的主要工作内容
- 负责半导体实验室动手实验，包括创新测试及任务的按时执行。
- 维护实验室安全与整洁，确保符合SHE（安全、健康与环境）标准。
- 管理实验室耗材库存，并在需要时协调采购。
- 支持新材料及新工艺评估，并提供技术反馈。
- 记录实验结果，确保实验数据和实验记录的准确与完整。
- 协助设备校准、故障排查及预防性维护。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，材料科学、化学、半导体工程或相关专业优先。
- 两年以上相关实验室或半导体行业工作经验。
- 具备扎实的半导体工艺及应用测试知识。
- 具备良好的数据分析与技术报告撰写能力。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 工作细致，具备较强的动手能力及问题解决能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队高效协作。
