About this Position
Join our Global Commercial Excellence team and contribute to a strategic transformation program shaping Henkel Adhesives’ future distribution model. Unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digitalization, data analytics, and program management.
What you´ll do
- Support the execution of the Program, including key workstreams and sub-projects coordination;
- Drive data analytics and visualization activities (e.g., Power BI dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting)
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure structured communication across teams
- Contribute to the digitalization of distribution processes and tools
- Consolidate and analyze global inputs to derive actionable insights
- Support program management activities, including presentations, workshops planning, documentations
What makes you a good fit
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Data Analytics or similar
- Experience in data analysis and visualization; ability to translate data into insights
- Strong proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel; Power BI is a clear advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a global environment
- Highly structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail
- Motivation to manage complex tasks and program elements independently
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
