About this position


What you´ll do

  • Sets direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy.
  • Lead and coach the Cell team, provide support and resolve conflicts when necessary to make sure the team can perform their tasks.
  • Accountable for the development of the Cell Team according to the respective Skill Matrices.
  • Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkel's values.
  • Be part (hands-on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses.
  • Coach the team in daily DMS execution (SIM, AM, PM, PS, …) and act on deviations.
  • Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell. 
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager, VSU Leader, HPS Manager and HPS Engineer to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address losses.
  • Have 1:1 with all your direct report on regular basis.
  • Owns the Cell Master plan.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English communication skill.
  • Good communication skills and a good team player.
  • At least 8 years work experiences, 5 years production/maintenance experience, better in FMCG industry.
  • Strong process knowledge of the HPS Pillars: AM, PM and FI.
  • Spending 70% of the time coaching on the floor.
