About this Position

In this role, you will play a key part in enabling successful product launches and relaunches by acting as a central coordinator across the value chain. Supporting the Henkel Professional LATAM Marketing team, you will help ensure that projects move forward smoothly by keeping timelines on track, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project information. Your work directly contributes to delivering products efficiently to market while ensuring strong collaboration across teams.
You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional environment, working closely with marketing, operations, and other key stakeholders across regions. This role offers the opportunity to build strong coordination and stakeholder management skills while navigating fast-paced project cycles and handling multiple priorities. It is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, enjoys working with diverse teams, and takes ownership in driving projects to completion. 

What you´ll do

  • Act as a key business partner within the value chain, enabling smooth product launches and relaunches while supporting the Henkel Professional LATAM Marketing team
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of project modules within Henkel’s online project management tools
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Gather and manage project and product information for accurate entry into internal systems and platforms
  • Participate actively in project meetings to provide status updates, track action items, and escalate risks or issues
  • Support end-to-end coordination of the launch process, ensuring efficient communication and alignment across stakeholders

What makes you a good fit 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or any business course
  • With atleast two (2) years of relevant working experience (administration, marketing, project management and coordination, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication; experience in stakeholder management
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Must have a strong sense of teamwork and influencing skills, High level of proactivity and ownership; Has the ability to raise a topic without hesitation
  • Must have a process and detail-oriented personality with a strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management; Analytical and critical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence
  • Amenable to work for a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
