About this Position

This role supports the development of effective trading partnerships and customer growth strategies across the Consumer Brands business. Working closely with National Account Managers, Category Development and retail partners, you will contribute to customer activations, promotional planning, digital execution and commercial analysis to help drive business performance.
What you´ll do
- Support National Account Managers with customer activation initiatives, promotional planning and account management activities.
- Coordinate digital activation campaigns and support the execution of customer marketing strategies.
- Analyse sales, category and promotional performance data using Nielsen, Aztec and other reporting tools.
- Manage third-party field merchandising communications and budget administration.
- Assist with claims management, promotional portal submissions, pricing updates and new product submissions.
- Support Business Reviews and Category Reviews through analysis, forecasting, reporting and sample coordination.
- Provide financial analysis to support Net Revenue Management initiatives, including promotional effectiveness and new product performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a National Account Executive or in a similar commercial role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and deliver meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Well-developed planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with exposure to SAP, Promax or similar commercial platforms highly regarded.
