What you´ll do

  • Support the evaluation, testing and implementation of innovative process and automation technologies.
  • Assist in process trials, data collection, and analysis to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Maintenance, Automation, Quality and SHE to integrate new technologies into existing processes.
  • Contribute to process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Support the standardization of new technologies and operating practices, including technical documentation and procedures.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities, including technical exchanges within the
  • European Engineering Network.
  • Support activities related to the SHEQ management system and applicable quality, environmental, health and safety standard

What makes you a good fit

  • Student/Graduate in Chemical Engineering field or similar
  • Have a technical and analytical mindset, with an interest in chemical manufacturing processes, analytical instrumentation and process automation.
  • Have an interest in engineering tools and CAD, and are eager to develop What makes you a good fit through hands-on experience.
  • Are curious, proactive and willing to contribute in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language is necessary
