The high dynamic of global markets result more and more in quickly outdated information. Our answer to these requirements are e-learnings, which add on to classical offline trainings and provide new know-how wherever and whenever it is needed.

Worldwide available around the clock: The e-learning platform eCademy is open for all employees around the world and can be accessed via the intranet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Over 250 courses in up to 16 languages are available in different formats like quizzes, tutorials or video-trainings.

Talent Management: The basis for your career and personal development

Our talent management process includes four steps according to globally standardized criteria:

  • Potential and Performance Assessment: Managers assess employees based on their performance and development potential.
  • Development Round Table: Managers discuss the performance evaluation and development potential of their talents.
  • Performance and Development Dialogue: Every employee receives transparent performance feedback in a confidential meeting with the supervisor. A result of this meeting is the definition of concrete development actions.

Development Actions: The individual development actions of our employees are pursued. These reach from individual coaching and specialized learning opportunities to the rotation to the next job - possibly going abroad or moving across to another business area.
