About this Position
- Lead and Manage: The end-to-end Material Master Data request process for materials within Henkel Adhesive.
- Gatekeeper: Ensure completeness of request prior to submitting to avoid potential delays in the Data Maintenance phase of the request.
- Takes ownership and is Responsible for following the Henkel Standards set for Time-to-Market success for materials creations/extensions, will focus on establishing a network relationship and will work closely with Product Management, GBS+ Material Master Data and all other functional areas to achieve the required level of consistency, quality, effectiveness and efficiency to meet overall business needs.
- Key supporting role serves as the first point of contact to all Material Master Data Stakeholders, to provide optimal support to Material Master Data processes, applications, and escalations.
What you´ll do
- Responsible for the PIA(Production Introduction Application) Workflow. Act as Custodian/Gatekeeper of the request in assigned area.
- Daily review of New and Open request by utilization of standard tools provided in assigned area.
- Identifications of areas of constraint with the workflow and act to resolve.
- Run Power BI detailed reporting for assigned area to monitor KPI performance.
- Support User Community for assigned area.
- Support all requests from user community and represent MMD(Material Master Data) process within the region.
- Support Projects and advice on MMD topics for the assigned area.
- Proactively setting up communication with key stakeholders.
- Respond to priority request and oversee expedited workflow.
- Carry out escalation per Global Escalation Process.
- Participating as required in NPI preparation phase.
- PIA training and PIA support for assigned user community.
- Complete steps they are responsible for in PIA/MADAME system tool.
- Check and add MRP Code for FG Extensions and Reactivations in PIA.
