About this Position

The role focuses on supporting project execution, including requirements gathering, workbook completion and validation, testing (UAT and parallel), cutover preparation, and training coordination. The position works closely with global project teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent delivery aligned with defined standards and timelines.

What you´ll do

  • Assist in end-to-end implementation activities across assigned countries and projects, including requirements gathering sessions with local HR and stakeholders. Support documenting, tracking, and clarifying business requirements.
  • Support completion and validation of implementation workbooks and templates, while following up on open items, action logs, and dependencies to support timely completion.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including trackers, RAID logs, and status updates, to ensure project activities and deliverables remain visible and aligned with defined timelines.
  • Support preparation and execution of testing cycles, including unit testing as required, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel testing, and post-payroll testing (Penny & GL). Assist in validating test scenarios and results, tracking defects, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support validation of system outputs against expected results and assist in cutover planning and execution activities. Help track completion of cutover checklists, required signoffs, and data and system readiness prior to go-live.
  • Provide support during go-live and Hypercare phases, helping ensure smooth transition and resolution of implementation-related issues.
  • Support customization of training materials based on country needs, as required, and contribute to sharing best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, HR operations, or system implementation support.
  • Knowledge of Project Management, HR, Workforce Management (WFM), and Payroll, with a basic understanding of HR processes and shared services operations.
  • Technical aptitude with experience or exposure to system testing, testing and conversion activities, and interface validation.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and other partners.
  • Experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment is preferred. Six Sigma certification and Payroll or HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience using AI tools for continuous improvement (CI), with an interest in leveraging technology to improve project and HR processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
